Thanks for visiting Smarter Every Day. I'm focused on making awesome videos ... but I have received so many requests for Smarter Every Day stuff that I knew I needed to do something about it. The shirts are the absolute softest shirts in the world and THEY will be your favorite. The amazing paper goods were hand-printed by Amos Kennedy -- and are available right now as a limited edition. I chose the high-quality Omega Pacific carabiners because I carried one of these for 10 years before it broke. This is REALLY cool, quality stuff and I hope you LOVE it! Please understand that selling shirts and stuff isn't my main goal. So, if I mess this up somehow or I'm slower than you'd like PLEASE forgive me. I'll do my best to make it right.

Anyway, here are a few answers to some questions you may have related to payment, shipping and returns. If you have any other questions or need help, be sure to contact me!

PAYMENT
You can make your payment with all major credit cards directly through the website.

SHIPPING / TRACKING
DOMESTIC ORDERS take about 7-10 business days in the contiguous United States, and may take 2-3 weeks when traveling to Alaska and Hawaii.
INTERNATIONAL orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks. Right now, I’m set up to ship to Australia, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom. (Don’t forget that customs and duties fees may apply.)
TRACKING I'm still figuring out tracking information, so for the first few weeks I might struggle to get tracking numbers out to you. I'm doing my best!
DELAYS happen from time to time. Try contacting your postal or customs office to see if they have your order. If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframes above, email us at smartereverydayinfo@gmail.com, and we’ll try to help you track it down.

RETURNS
I’m happy to provide a full refund for undamaged paper goods, and unworn, unwashed shirts (minus shipping costs). PLEASE NOTE that Barney handcrafts those awesome Backwards Brain Bicycles; so, all sales of these custom orders are final. If you’re unhappy for any reason, let me know within 15 days of receipt so we can get the returns process rolling. I might not be able to refund your order if you return it without contacting me first.

WRONG SIZE 
I have a sizing chart image (with specs directly from the manufacturer’s website) listed with each shirt. You can use that to help you make a selection. Also, the shirts do run small -- so consider ordering up. Of course, you can always return the shirt for a refund (minus shipping costs), or send it back for an exchange. If I use BonVu, what is the pickup address?
You will not need to arrange a pick up for the bike. When you checkout at the Smarter Every Day store, you will pay us to ship the bike to BonVu in Texas. Once it is there, BonVu will forward it to you. You will pay all international shipping directly to BonVu.

What address do I use at for shipping at checkout?
You will need to provide BonVu's address. Click here for BonVu's current address.

How do I get the bike from BonVu to me?
According to their site, here is how their process works:

To use BONVU.COM the following steps are necessary:
• Use regular means to purchase your items. For example EBAY.
• Specify BONVU.COM’s address as the “Ship To” address for the product
• Log on to BONVU.COM and provide the Shipment Info in the “My Account” section
• Specify the type of services you would like
• Once ready to receive the consolidated shipment, just log on again and select the items you would like to have shipped
