Appearances and Stuff

Occasionally people feel the need to invite an Engineer from Alabama to their meetings/convention/stuff.  I'm happy to fill the "guy with a Southern accent who also happens to help people look at the world differently on YouTube" void in their lives.  Here are some examples of me going places and doing things.  I've also given an incredible number of presentations, and written papers (including International Policy agreements on Rocket Testing) for my real job as an Engineer... but I won't get into that here.  Here are some of my non "real job" appearances.

I was a guest on "Sunrise" Australia...and was told that this was the top morning show in Australia....Not sure though.

I did a pilot for National Geographic, but decided not to go to series because of the time requirements.

Ford was kind enough to invite me to do a piece with the contestants on American Idol.

I was a presenter at "Space Oddity: A Special Science Week Event With Chris Hadfield” at Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

Marquette University, Presentation to Wisconsin Physics Teachers Association.

U.S. Space and Rocket Center, "Random Acts of Intelligence"

James Cook University

National Science week at the University of Tasmania

TEDx Vienna, Austria, "Find the Unexpected"

I've been on panels at VidCon for several years.  Here's one.

TEDx Youth, Huntsville Alabama

Here's a panel I was on again at Australian National University.

Dassault Solidworks World 2015 in Phoenix was my first corporate type talk.   I was asked to speak on "Doing Smart Stuff Online & Building a Brand"

In 2014 I was honored to be the Pomfret School Schwartz Visiting Fellow.

I also had the honor of interviewing The President of the United States of America 1 on 1.
