We are so sorry some of the prints are arriving damaged. We have reached out to the manufacturer to work on their packaging processes, but we apologize for the inconvenience of having to reach out and wait for a replacement.

Unfortunately, WE CANNOT ISSUE A REPLACEMENT/REFUND WITHOUT IMAGES (Manufacturer policy)

  • Pictures of the damages (front and back) and packaging (in natural light, with the design visible too to avoid any confusion), brief explanation of what happened and also what reimbursement option is preferred. 

MISSING PRINT:

  • Please wait 5 business days to see if the additional prints arrive (many are arriving in separate shipments a few days apart) If it does not arrive within 5 business days please email store@smartereveryday.com with order # and pictures of the packaging and print that was received.

DAMAGED PRINT:

  • Email Store@smartereveryday.com WITH Pictures and whether you want a refund or replacement with your Order #.

I’m happy to provide a full refund for paper goods, and unworn, unwashed shirts (minus shipping costs). PLEASE NOTE that Barney handcrafts those awesome Backwards Brain Bicycles; so, all sales of those custom orders are final. 

If you’re unhappy for any reason, let me know within 15 days of receipt so we can get the returns process rolling. I might not be able to refund your order if you return it without contacting me first.

You can always return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs), and then order the one you want.

  • Order #

  • Problem with the order

  • Are you requesting Exchange or Refund

  • Requested replacement size/item

  • Package your unworn/unwashed shirt

  • Include a note with the above information in the return

STORE FULFILLMENT POLICY

  • Refund policy — Customers can receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) if item is returned or refund requested before item has been fulfilled by the warehouse.

  • Delivery policy — Items are shipped from 2 different warehouse locations and should arrive within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. Some items will arrive in 2 separate shipments based on which warehouse is fulfilling the item.
