Store REturn policy
I’m happy to provide a full refund for paper goods, and unworn, unwashed shirts (minus shipping costs). PLEASE NOTE that Barney handcrafts those awesome Backwards Brain Bicycles; so, all sales of those custom orders are final.
If you’re unhappy for any reason, let me know within 15 days of receipt so we can get the returns process rolling. I might not be able to refund your order if you return it without contacting me first.
You can always return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs), and then order the one you want.

Refund policy — Customers can receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) if item is returned or refund requested before item has been fulfilled by the warehouse.
Delivery policy — Items are shipped from 2 different warehouse locations and should arrive within 2-4 weeks of placing your order. Some items will arrive in 2 separate shipments based on which warehouse is fulfilling the item.
