HOW TO GET A BASEBALL:

All patrons of Smarter Every Day will be sent a baseball. They’re really cool. Here’s the link to the Patreon page. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is that your address is properly linked to Smarter Every Day. Follow the instructions below to confirm.

To add your address to Patreon so I know where to mail your baseball and stickers:

1. Log In to your Patreon account at https://www.patreon.com/ (Pro-Tip: right-click and "open link in new window". (You must access the site from a browser and not the app)

2. On the left side of the screen click "settings". 

3.  On the top, click "Memberships" on the 4th column.

4. Scroll until you see Smarter Every Day, select “View Details”, and then select “Edit”. Verify the shipping address listed is where you'd like the stickers sent. 

5.  Once you have entered your address be sure to click the SAVE button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

6. If you have any questions, please reach out to patrons@smartereveryday.com and it'll get handled!  If you don't see the option, you are not in "a tier". We are sending them to all tiers, but you have to pick one for us to be able to gather the addresses.

FAQs:

When will the baseballs arrive?

Baseballs are mailed out about 2 months following you joining Patreon.

When will the stickers arrive?

Stickers will start shipping out in January and February 2024 for everyone who is a patron in 2023.

Can I still get the 2021 or 2022 Stickers?

Unfortunately there is no way to go back and get a past sticker if you were not a patron that year. 2023 Patrons will get their new stickers in early 2024.

I have not received my baseball?

Please email us at patrons@smartereveryday.com. Please include your Patreon account name and your mailing address. We will look into it for you!

Will I receive tracking info when my baseball ships?

I am unable to track specific baseballs. I have outsourced the shipment of the balls so I am unable to answer specific questions about shipping.

What tiers will receive a baseball or sticker?

ALL Tiers (This DOES NOT include FREE memberships)

Will baseballs be shipped internationally and is there a fee?

Baseballs will be sent EVERYWHERE and there are NO SHIPPING FEES.

Can I get an extra baseball?

I am only able to provide one baseball per patron. As of now there is no way to purchase any additional baseballs.

Can I have my baseball shipped to a different address?

All baseballs will be shipped to the address saved in the Patreon “Membership” section. Please do not send your address via email or Patreon messenger as it could get missed and not allow me to send you your baseball.
